OTN, with the Centre of Effective Practice, is pleased to present “Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety” - a three-part educational workshop series. The program, designed by leading experts from Sunnybrook’s Fredrick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre including world-renowned psychiatrist and lecturer Dr. Peggy Richter, is back by popular demand after receiving rave reviews from an OTN audience last year.

Here’s what a few participants from 2014 had to say...

We have very much benefited from this series and will be following up internally on our practice and processes in this regard.

Thank you very much for this highly informative, concise and well organized series.

We enjoyed the sessions very much. It was very informative! We have new clinical staff who found it extremely helpful. Thank you so much for this opportunity and we would be very interested in participating in any training which may be offered in the future.

Telemedicine Coordinators: Download the flyer and share this great opportunity with others.

This year’s program has been accredited by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 4 Mainpro-M1 credits. It will provide insight into the latest, clinically proven, cognitive behavioural therapy techniques available to treat patients with anxiety, and presents ways to enhance the quality of care primary care delivers through OTN’s telemedicine services.

Please join us for this series on January 27th, February 3rd, and February 10th from 12pm-1:30pm EST through OTN’s videoconferencing services and Webcast Centre where the latest advancements in healthcare are discussed.

For more information and online registration, please visit effectivepractice.org/otncbt.

Over the next year we’ll continue leveraging our educational platforms to bring you the opportunity to learn new skills, hear advice from industry experts, and explore best practices from the comfort of their home or office.
